What You'll Learn
- How a role's hours are shared by default, so a time is offered while anyone for the role is free
- Opening a time block's Advanced settings and picking whose hours they are
- Adding another block on the same day for a second interviewer, so two people can interview at the same time
- How candidates see one calendar, pick a time, and the person who owns it gets the interview
- Where the interview lands: the assigned interviewer's Outlook calendar and email
Step by Step
- Click Interviews, then Availability Settings, and open the role.
- Next to a time block, click the small sliders icon.
- Click Advanced settings, then under Interviewer pick the person these hours belong to.
- Click Save Changes. The block now shows their name.
- For a second interviewer, click Add another block on the same day, save it, and give it to them the same way.

💡 Good to know: Leave Interviewer on "Anyone who interviews for this role" to keep hours shared. Everything then works exactly as before. If an interviewer's Outlook calendar is synced, their busy times count for their own blocks too.
