What You'll Learn

• What happens today when someone drops out part-way through an interview
• How a campaign nudges them for you — and why one message a week later and another after a month is deliberate
• Reading the funnel: who entered, who was messaged, who came back, who finished, and who you hired
• Editing a campaign: its name, whether it covers one role or all of them, and which communities it runs at
• Writing the messages, with their first name, the role and your community filled in per person
• Previewing exactly what lands on someone's phone
• Pausing the whole thing with one switch

Good to know: Messages always send from the community the candidate originally applied to, so your caller ID stays right — and an opt-out line is added to every message for you.

A reply picks up where they left off. If someone answers, Candid carries forward what they already told you rather than starting the interview from scratch.

That's it! The people who nearly applied stop falling through the cracks.
